Holly Sass was born and raised in Moraga, California where she received her dance training at California Academy of Performing Arts. She continued her training at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, receiving a BFA in dance and a minor in anthropology. She has additionally studied at Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Movement Invention Project, and San Francisco Conservatory of Dance. Holly has performed works by Crystal Pite, Merce Cunningham, Kendra Portier, LoudHoundMovement, Ashley Robicheaux & Artists, and BarefootHAUS. She currently dances for LoudHoundMovement and Ashley Robicheaux & Artists. Outside of dance, she is a singer, film editor, gardener, traveler, and good listener.
